This Greek Style Tuna Salad is made with red wine vinegar dressing instead of typical mayonnaise with tuna. That makes this salad healthier in my book, and it’s so delicious. In fact, in Russia most tuna salads are made with mayonnaise, hard boiled eggs, and rice, and while it’s delicious, it’s really only for a special occasion because it’s a bit heavy. I, however, like eating tuna often so I needed a recipe that was a bit healthier. Less fat. More veggies. No mayonnaise. That’s what I needed, and that’s what we have here. And it’s so delicious, you just don’t want it to end. I love meals like that.
