Frozen Mocha Pie

This Frozen Mocha Pie is soo good that I can’t keep it to myself. And along with sharing this recipe I also have a confession to make. I love coffee. I love chocolate covered coffee beans and coffee desserts and anything else coffee.

Growing up in Russia it was always tea. Tea in the morning with some sort of breakfast pastry or sandwich. Tea after lunch with some sweets, and tea after dinner. You get the idea. In addition to tea though, once in awhile my mom would make this drink that tasted like coffee. I think it was a chicory root concoction. I loved that. And once I moved to America, I started drinking real coffee and the rest is history. And so, whenever I see a coffee dessert recipe I just can’t pass it by. I have to try it. This Frozen Mocha Pie is no exception. It’s very easy to make and tastes amazing. It surely will satisfy the coffee lover in you. There is one catch though: you have to serve it as soon as you take it out of the freezer or it will melt.

If you like frozen desserts/ice cream cakes, consider trying this amazing Peanut Butter Ice Cream Cake or this Smores Ice Cream Cake.

Love to have cold brew in the morning? We know all about that in this house, check out this recipe on how to make this Perfect Cold Brew.
