Easy Summer Crab Cakes

These Easy Summer Crab Cakes are my way of bringing some vacation feels to our home. Back in 2017 we vacationed in Ocean City, MD, and I’ve been wanting to go back ever since. I mean it’s sunshine, steps away from the beach, good food. What’s not to love? And then 2020 hit, so it doesn’t look like vacation will be happening this year. Oh well. But while we were at OCMD, I picked up this little cookbook in a museum gift shop called Totally Crab Cook Book. It’s filled with a lot of great recipes and this Easy Summer Crab Cakes is a recipe from that book. It’s very easy to make and so delicious. Serve it with French fries, on a salad, or whichever way you prefer to eat crab cakes. It gives you 6 hearty patties. So depending on your appetite it can serve 2 to 4 people or 4 to 6.

Looking for more seafood recipes? Try this one pot Pasta with Clams. It’s very quick and easy to make and so delicious! Oh, and it comes together under 20 minutes!
