These Easy Summer Crab Cakes are so good and easy to make!

- 1 1/2 cups cubed, day old French baguette
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lb. crabmeat*
- 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp. butter for frying
- Combine the bread cubes in a bowl with milk, make sure the bread is evenly moistened.
- In a large bowl mix egg, mayonnaise, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add the rest of ingredients to the mustard mixture.
- Gently press into 4-6 patties.
- Heat the butter in a large non-stick skillet. Fry crab cakes about 3-4 minutes per side, until golden crisp.
- Serve with your favorite fixings.
Notes
- double check your crabmeat for any shells.
