Sauce Ingredients:

  •  1 cup soaked cashews
  • 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  • Cook the broccoli, set aside.
  • Soak cashews in hot water for about 5-10 minutes, drain
  • Cook fettuccine according to directions on a package
  • Blend the sauce ingredients
  • Mix everything together, sauce, broccoli and fettuccine and serve immediately*.  

Notes

  •  * Fettuccine begin to absorb the sauce almost right away, the longer you wait the dryer they become.
