Roasted Broccoli

This is my most favorite broccoli recipe ever.

I can eat the entire tray by myself (which I normally do since neither of my boys is a broccoli fan).

Ingredients

  • 5-6 cups broccoli florets
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4-1/3 cup olive oil

Method

Preheat oven to 420°F. Mix broccoli with garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Lay out on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or longer if you like it more on the burned side.

This is delicious on its own, in my potato and cheddar soup, or as part of an omelet.
