I kept seeing a recipe similar to this and thinking to myself, “Why in the world would you put Ramen noodles in salad?” I mean, Ramen as I know it is a quick soup/noodle creation that you eat when you’re running low on funds. And then this thing happened, where everyone panicked and emptied out the stores. So I bought some Ramen just in case, you know apocalypse food, because all it needs water and it doesn’t expire for years. But then I ended up not really needing it. So when I saw this recipe again I figured let me try it out. I wish I’d done so sooner. It was so good! Plus, it’s so easy and doesn’t need a lot of ingredients so that’s always great. I hope you give this a try!
