This is easy, quick and very delicious. Great addition to any meal. 

Ingredients

Salad ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 pack Ramen noodles, broken up into little pieces
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 sweet onion chopped or sliced thin

Salad dressing ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/8 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  •  Preheat the oven to 425F, roast ramen and almonds for 5 minutes. Take out promptly as ramen and almonds will burn fast.
  • Mix salad dressing ingredients, set aside.
  • Mix salad ingredients, add salad dressing and enjoy!
