Ingredients

2 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 tsp pumpkin spice
pinch of salt
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup vanilla yogurt covered raisins (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine oats, pecans, pumpkin spice, and salt, and mix well.
Add maple syrup, and mix well again so granola is evenly coated with syrup.
Spread granola evenly on a prepared baking sheet (either greased or covered with aluminum foil). Bake for 20-25 minutes, mixing halfway through.
Let cool, add vanilla yogurt covered raisins* then store in an airtight container.
Notes
Vanilla yogurt covered raisins are totally optional. In fact it’s a recent addition to this recipe just because I saw some raisins on sale. Granola tastes just as great without them. It is up to you!
