This overnight protein vanilla cherry oatmeal is easy to make, healthy and delicious. It’s also perfect for meal preppers. 

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oatmeal
  • 1/2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries, halved
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk

Instructions

  • Mix everything in a mason jar, refrigerate overnight. 
  • Serve in the morning with almonds and coconut or by itself.

Notes

Mix up dry ingredients and portion out up to a month ahead, then add almond milk to three to four jars at a time and refrigerate.
